Meet the Umbrella Goat Team


Hey there, we’re Umbrella Goat! We’ll be sharing our game development journey here as we work away on our upcoming systemic farming sim game. But first things first – let’s introduce ourselves!

We’re a team of final year Game Design students in TUD (Technological University Dublin). This game is actually part of our final project! We’ve worked together before on smaller games and we’re excited to be working together again.

Our last game - Happy Little Medium

Blast from the past: it's our last game, Happy Little Medium! A puzzling point-and-click adventure starring a once-legendary-medium, now sweet-old-granny.

It’s Niamh writing here. As the team’s Production Manager, it’s my job to keep everything organized and on track. I’ll also be pitching in with game design and artwork. We're a small team so everyone's helping out where they can!

Our Lead Designer, Bren, is already hard at work fine-tuning our design and working closely with our programmers to make the best gameplay experience possible. On top of that, he’ll also be overseeing audio and working on 3D models!

Our Programmers, Josh and Matt are the ones in charge of transforming design documents into a working game. Poor Josh will also have to watch our playtesters break all his lovely code, in his role as our Testing Coordinator. And Matt is bringing the game to life in more ways than one – he’ll be 3D modelling too!

You may have noticed that's a lot of artists on one small team… good thing we have Serena! As Lead Artist and Narrative Designer, she’s got the creative vision to unite the art team and make a vibrant alien ecosystem for you to explore.
